Alexandra Mamangun Ilacad: A Journey in Entertainment



 Alexandra Mamangun Ilacad, born on February 26, 2000, is a multi-talented Filipino personality known for her roles as an actress, singer, host, dancer, vlogger, and model. She has been featured in various commercials and ABS-CBN shows, gaining recognition for portraying characters such as Lexie Domingo in "Luv U," Luna Dela Cuesta in "The Killer Bride," and Bobbie Salazar in "Four Sisters Before the Wedding." Additionally, she participated as a celebrity housemate in Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10.

Career:

From 2008 to 2012, Ilacad embarked on her career, initially gaining prominence through her involvement in the kiddie gag show, "Goin' Bulilit." Her exposure began at the tender age of two, appearing in TV commercials for renowned brands like Vaseline shampoo, Lactum 3+, Johnson's Baby Cologne, Cheez Whiz, McDonald's Happy Meal, and Jollibee Kids Meal.

Beyond commercials, she took on minor roles in various Filipino seryes, including "May Bukas Pa," "Nasaan Ka, Elisa?," "A Beautiful Affair," and multiple episodes of "Maalaala Mo Kaya." Ilacad also made contributions to Philippine cinema through films like "For The First Time," "The Reunion," and "Amorosa: The Revenge." During her time on "Goin' Bulilit," she was paired with fellow actor Nash Aguas in the episode "Goin' Bulilit Presents: In My Dreams.

In 2012, she expanded her repertoire by venturing into music and was launched as a singer in the group Tweens Of Pop, alongside fellow "Bulilit" stars Angel Sy, Mika Dela Cruz, and Noemi Oineza. The group released a self-titled EP under Star Music, with its lead single, "Crush," becoming the OST for the sitcom "Luv U," featuring Miles Ocampo, Marco Gumabao, Angeli Gonzales, CJ Navato, Kiray Celis, and Igi Boy Flores.
