Rosa Vilma Tuazon Santos-Recto, born on November 3, 1953, is a notable Filipino actress and politician, widely recognized as the "Star for All Seasons." Renowned for her remarkable acting versatility across diverse genres in Philippine film and television, she embarked on her career as a child actress, making her debut in the 1963 film Trudis Liit, where she clinched her initial FAMAS Award for Best Child Performer.

Her accolades include a FAMAS Award for Best Actress, earned for her compelling dual role in Dama de Noche (1972). Santos has notably portrayed the iconic superhero Darna in four films, commencing with Lipad, Darna, Lipad! (1973). In a venture into film production, she produced Pagputi ng Uwak, Pag-itim ng Tagak (1978), a project that garnered both the FAMAS Award for Best Picture and the Gawad Urian for Best Film.

Transitioning into politics, Santos held the position of governor in Batangas for three consecutive terms and served as mayor of Lipa for an additional three terms. In 2016, she was elected as the Representative of the 6th District of Batangas, exclusively covering the City of Lipa. Despite encouragement from various political parties to run for the Senate in 2019, she declined the offer. From 2019 to 2022, she assumed the role of House Deputy Speaker, and she continued her representation of Batangas' 6th district from 2016 to 2022.
